Light up the Indian clay chullha, or charcoal tandoor. Taste the differences when you prepare various dishes with these two distinct ingredients. Taste the aroma of wood and charcoal smoke seeping into the food, lending prepared food a distinctively Indian flavor. Menu For Veg / Non Veg Indian Thali Cooking Demo And Dinner

Starter/Welcome drink – Indian traditional drinks: sharbat (cold beverage), lime juice (or rose), khus (or other Indian flavors). HOT DRINK: MIX VEG SOUP OR TOMATOSOUP. 

Starters – Potato Balls, Mini Samosas, Fish Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Onion, Potato, Cauliflower, Spinach, Lentils, Peas – PAKODAS. 

Main course – Mix daal, also known as lentil curry, consists of several types of lentil cooked in various ways, such as daal fry, daal tadka, and daal makhani. 

Chicken in Gravy – Also known as HANDI or KADHAI chicken. 

Vegetable in Gravy – (Any 1): Mangodi, Pittod, Gatta, Rajma (red kidney beans), or seasonal green veggies with cottage cheese.

Vegetable Dry (Any1): Combine seasonal vegetables with other veggies. 

Rice – Jeera rice, plain rice, or vegetable pulav 

Curd – Pickles, vegetable salad, boondi raita, lahsun, and chatni with coriander leaves 

Indian Breads – Tawa Chapatti, also known as corn flour bread, parantha, or puri. 

Sweets – Suji with Wheat Flour Halwa, Gulab Jamun, or Kheer.

  • Notify 48 hours or more before the service.
  • If you cancel 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total will be charged.
  • If you cancel on the day of service, you will be charged the full price.
