Two festivals are held annually at Salasar Dam, marking Sharad Purnima and Chaitra Purnima (Hanuman Janmotsav). This sacred place is completely devoid of any extravagance, as only devotees can communicate directly with the Lord.

The Shri Hanuman Seva Samiti, through the Shri Balaji Mandir, is responsible for developing it to serve all devotees who come to Salasar Dam.

Jeen Mata Ji: Jeen Mata is considered the incarnation of Durga, the goddess of power, and her brother Harsh is the incarnation of Bhairon. Jeen Mata is worshipped in her eight-armed form, known as Mahishasura Mardini. It is believed that Jain Mata was abandoned by her mother.
