How to reach Aurangabad

Aurangabad Airport (AJI) is just 10 km east of city centre. Daily direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Udaipur and Jaipur (IndiGo, Air India). Taxis and app cabs ?250-400 to town. Very convenient.

Excellent six-lane highways from Mumbai (6-7 hrs) and Pune (5 hrs) via the Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway. Luxury AC Volvo buses every hour from Dadar, Pune and Nashik. Self-drive is scenic: ghats, waterfalls, vineyards.

Aurangabad station is on the main Secunderabad-Manmad line. Daily trains: Tapovan Express (Mumbai 6 hrs), Devagiri Express (Mumbai), Ajanta Express (Secunderabad). Clean, comfortable and always on time.
