How to reach Kainchi Dham

Fly to Pantnagar Airport (70 km, 2 hrs drive). IndiGo and Alliance Air run daily flights from Delhi. From Pantnagar, pre-paid taxis cost ?1800-?2500. The nearest international gateway is Delhi; take a morning flight and reach Kainchi by lunch.

From Delhi, NH9 till Rampur, then smooth hill road via Bhimtal-Bhowali (8-9 hrs). Shared taxis from Anand Vihar or Haldwani (?300-500). Self-drive is beautiful - pine forests, sudden lake views, and apple orchards. Parking available at ashram gate.

Kathgodam is the last major station (38 km). Overnight Ranikhet Express or Sampark Kranti from Delhi reach by 5-6 am. Plenty of taxis waiting outside (?800-1200 for Kainchi). Book return tickets early, especially around 15 June.
