How to reach Rohet

Fly into Jodhpur (50 km). Daily flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad. Taxis waiting outside (?1500-2000 to Rohet). Most guests book hotel pickup; they send vintage jeeps or shining Ambassadors that make the drive part of the holiday.

Smooth state highway from Jodhpur. Takes 45-60 minutes past villages where kids wave like you’re royalty. Self-drive easy, or hop on any Pali-bound bus and get off at Rohet turn (then 2 km auto). Sunsets on this road are stupidly beautiful.

Jodhpur Junction (40 km) is the nearest proper station,trains from everywhere. Overnight from Delhi (Rajasthan Sampark Kranti) or Jaipur. From station, hotel car or prepaid taxi ?1500. No passenger trains stop in tiny Rohet.
