10 Days Aryan Valley with Kargil Holiday Package

In the morning when you land at Leh Airport, our travel executives will welcome you and drop you to the hotel. Since Leh is at an altitude of 11,500 ft, rest and altitude acclimatization is a must on the first day.

In the evening you will visit Shanti Stupa and roam around Leh market in the late evening.

After breakfast in the morning you will visit:

• Shey Palace – A symbol of the royal history of Ladakh
• Thikse Monastery – A huge Buddha statue on a hill
• Hemis Monastery – The largest and richest Buddhist monastery in Ladakh

After noon you will cross the Indus River and visit Stok Palace and Museum.

Evening visit Hall of Fame and Leh Palace.

Overnight – Leh Hotel

After breakfast in the morning depart for Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass (18,380 ft), the highest motorable road in Ladakh.

Amazing views of the heights and snow-capped peaks will welcome you en route.

Afternoon visit to Sumur village and then evening check-in at camp or departure to Diskit.

After breakfast in the morning you will visit Diskit Gompa, Hundar sand dunes, and experience Bactrian camel ride (optional).

Later via Shyok route we will head towards Pangong Lake – a stunning blue lake located on the Indo-China border.

It is very peaceful to spend the evening by the lake.

Overnight – Hotel/Camp by the Pangong Lake

Watch the beautiful sunrise on the lake in the morning and then after breakfast return to Leh via Changla Pass (17,370 ft).

In the evening, spend time in Leh bazaar or relax at the hotel.

Today morning we will depart from Leh and head westwards.

Enroute:

• Gurudwara Patthar Sahib
• Magnetic Hill
• Zanskar and Indus River confluence
• Rock art at Achinathang

Then check-in to your camp at Bhima Lastyang.Overnight – Aryan Valley (Camp)

he whole day will be devoted to understanding the unique lifestyle of the Drokpa community.

• Villages: Dah, Hanu, Bhima, Gorkun
• Take a beautiful trek to Photang, from where you get a panoramic view of the valley.

Overnight – Aryan Valley (Camp)

In the morning, leave for Batalik border.

Then take a short trek to Shashila Pass, from where you can see Pakistan, Suru Valley, and Nun-Kun mountain range.

Then reach Kargil via Himbotingla Pass.

Night Stay – Kargil Hotel

In the morning, go to Drass and pay tribute to the brave martyrs at the Kargil War Memorial.

Then on the return journey stop at:

•  Mulbekh,
•  Fatu-la Pass,
•  Lamayuru Monastery,
•  Alchi Monastery – the oldest monastery in Ladakh, around 1000 years old.

In the evening reach Leh and check-in at the hotel.
