Butter-smooth highways from everywhere. Delhi-Chandigarh expressway takes 3-4 hours. Luxury Volvo buses from Delhi (?500-1200) every 30 mins. Self-drive is joy,wide roads, dhabas with sarson da saag stops. Parking never a problem in the city.

Chandigarh Junction (CDG) is spotless. Shatabdi from Delhi reaches in 3 hours flat (with breakfast!). Daily trains from Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata. Vande Bharat now runs too. Station is central,auto to Sector 17 costs ?100. Super convenient.
